U5 Registration Open
Lakefield Minor Hockey is now accepting registrations for the U5 division.

Please complete the U5 Registration ONLY form to sign up players born in 2017 only. 

U5 (Under 5) is for players who are 4 or will be 4 by December 31st, 2021.

Registration is $500.
