Our Registrar is working on submitting rosters now.
For U5 to U9, (and higher divisions if this is your player's first year of hockey), PLEASE make sure you have completed the
Respect in Sport - Parent course and submitted a copy of your child's birth certificate. A roster can't be submitted if the course and all required documents are not linked to a player profile.
Coaches: Games for U11 to U18 start this month so please make sure you and your bench staff have the qualifications needed to be rostered. A copy of your criminal record check or vulnerable sector check are mandatory. If it will take a few weeks to obtain these documents, please reach out to
[email protected] and advise that you have submitted the request so that you can be rostered as "pending". You won't be rostered if you don't indicate to our Registrar that you've made the application for the required background checks.
This is an extremely busy time of year for our Executive and you can help us by completing your courses and forwarding your documents.
Finally, if you are not receiving emails from your team about scheduled practices or games already, please let us know right away so we can help your bench staff create a group email. The U7 teams will be completed on Tuesday, October 4th, and we will email families so they know who their coach is.
