Registration can now be completed by filling out the form on our website under the COVID-19 Registration tab at the top of the page.
The Hockey Canada Registry is no longer accepting payments as OHF has advised all Minor Hockey Association's to stop collecting fees. Lakefield is accepting VOLUNTARY eTransfers only. Your payment will be held until we receive further instructions from OMHA/OHF. Payment can be etransferred to
[email protected] with hockey as the password.
This means you can now register your player to get them signed up for hockey and pay later. If you do not sign up before July 1st, the prices will still increase by $100. Any player not paid in full by October 1st will not be rostered to a team.
The form is live now and easy to complete.
We urge you to take advantage of this option while it's available. It also gives Lakefield Minor Hockey a better estimate of the amount of ice we need for the upcoming season!
