Season Survey is now available online.
When team's have completed their season, a final email will be forwarded with links to the survey and other important sites. You can wait for the final team email or complete the survey now if you'd like.
Your response to the survey is confidential and we do not ask for your name. Unless you give identifiable information in a written answer, your identity is not shared with LDMHA.
Coaching applications and registration for the 2020/21 season will open on April 1st.
