2019/20 Registration
Submitted By Tanya Dunford on Monday, June 17, 2019
Early Bird Registration will end in just under 2 weeks!

Teams are filling up quickly and we currently have one full Midget team. Registration is still open for our 2nd Midget team but we will close this division once the second team is full. We do not plan to have 3 Midget teams this year.

Reminder that our Juvenile division is accepting registration for both Rep and Local League players born 1999-2001. You don't have to live in Lakefield to play on our Juvenile Local League team. Juvenile Rep is restricted to residents and players who live in an area that is not having a Juvenile team. To qualify for a 3.5, you must attend your Centre's tryouts or advise your local executive that you want Rep hockey.

We have Local League teams in every division, and will be hosting tryouts for Rep in Novice through to Juvenile. Keep an eye on our website for tryout dates closer to September.

Don't miss out on our early bird prices. As of July 1st, Novice - Juvenile prices go up by $100. You can sign up manually by contacting Tanya or Bryan and you can pay with credit card over the phone, or set up a payment arrangement by paying cash, cheque or post-dated cheques.

If you need assistance with registration costs this year, we highly recommend you apply for Jump Start and Lace Em Up. If you qualify for Jump Start assistance, and receive partial funding, Lace Em Up will cover all or part of the remaining balance.

Lakefield Minor Hockey also has funds that are donated to us annually to assist families with the cost of registration if Jump Start and Lace Em Up are not able to help. Please reach out to us if you need more information. Your conversation with us is confidential.
