Secretary Position Opening
Lakefield Minor Hockey is accepting applications for the position of Secretary on our Executive Committee.
The Secretary, together with the President shall act as the signing officer on all contracts, OMHA documents and other legal matters. The Secretary shall notify the Executive Committee of the time and place of all meetings and keep all correspondence filed with Lakefield Minor Hockey. The Secretary also keeps an accurate record of the proceedings of the Association and shall forward meeting agendas and minutes to the Executive Committee. Pursuant to our By-laws, this position shall only be filled until our next AGM in March, 2019 and the incumbent would then be eligible to be elected to this 2-year position.
