URGENT - Reminder
Submitted By Admin on Sunday, August 19, 2018
If your child has never played hockey before, you will need to submit a copy of their birth certificate to us. Players will not be approved to a roster if the birth certificate is not filed, and one parent or guardian of a player must complete the Respect in Sport online course. Email a copy of your child's birth certificate to us at [email protected]
