INFO NEEDED ASAP!
When you signed up for hockey, the invoice you received should have explained that we needed certain things to get your player's on a roster.
If this is your player's FIRST TIME EVER on a roster, we need a copy of their birth certificate and you must complete the Respect in Sport - Player course, or, if you've completed this course for another player, you need to link a new player to your profile.
Without this info the roster will be rejected.
For U5 - U9 players, if this is your first time playing hockey, please make sure you've forwarded those documents to us by THURSDAY, OCTOBER 14th.
