HCR 3.0The new Hockey Canada database does not let us process manual credit card payments at this time. In fact, we don't know if that will ever be an option moving forward.
Our Registrar manually registered players when the new HCR 3.0 went live and the system made unexpected changes to player profiles. A support ticket has been submitted to HCR and they're aware of the problem and advised that they're working on it.
If you signed up on this website using the form we created prior to July 1st, 2021 and you want to pay by credit card, OR if you chose to have last seasons refund applied to this season, please contact
Tanya Dunford. She will have to delete your player's previous registration and give you instructions to ensure you don't have to pay the $100 late fee.
The new HCR 3.0 is also not recognizing credits that we're applying to player profiles. We have submitted a support request for that issue as well and refunds will be given if an overpayment has been made.
