The COVID Assessment's were not created because we have nothing better to do.
They were created because they are mandatory and every Association must do them.
When you start travelling to other arenas, your manager must show the manager or representative of the other team that you have your COVID screening completed.
Please - get used to doing them every time you go to the arena. This includes coaches, trainers and players. Parents entering the arena are required to give their name and phone number to the team representative when they go into the arena for contact tracing purposes.
