AGM
The Corporations Act requires a corporation to hold its AGM no later than 15 months after the holding of the last AGM.

Despite this, the government has made an order pursuant to s. 7.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA) which states that any provision of any statute, regulation, rule, by-law or order of the Government of Ontario establishing any limitation period shall be suspended for the duration of the emergency, and the suspension shall be retroactive to Monday, March 16, 2020.

Lakefield Minor Hockey has up to 90 days after the Emergency Order is terminated to hold its AGM and we will not be calling an AGM until the emergency is over.
